Confident Care has been operating since 1998, providing care to adults living at home in the Inverclyde and Renfrewshire area.

Our commitment is to provide a high quality service offering a personal and discreet approach.

We are registered with Care Commission and are recognised care providers for Inverclyde Council.  Our business has grown mainly from recommendation, referrals from customers and customers families, health centres and local G.P.s.

Our Services

Confident Care offers a service from one to 24 hours.  We have an On Call Service enabling us to be contacted 24 hours a day.  Our services include:

  • Personal Care: Help with getting up and going to bed.
  • Bathing, showering, dressing.
  • Shopping.
  • Light housework, ironing, washing up, vacuuming.
  • Preparing meals.
  • Overnight services.
  • Sitter Service.
  • Home from Hospital Care.
  • Assisting with mobility.
  • Escort service:  Appointments, Church, Outings.

We offer a free assessment with no obligation. All enquiries will be treated in a confidential manner.  Confident Care welcomes privately funded customers and people in receipt of payment from their local council.  

Our Carers

Our experienced carers are trained to provide you with a service to meet your individual needs. 

All carers are fully vetted with PVG criminal record check,  references and qualifications verified. 

They are trained to a high standard and are either professionally qualified or in the process of completing a relevant qualification.

We also provide our carers with additional training in a wide range of subjects including Moving and Handling, Dementia Awareness , Mental Health Issues, Adult Protection and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.

We have in-house training facilities as well as outsourcing to recognised training providers.

All carers undergo regular follow-up training and are fully supported in their professional development.
